A: Yes. You will not be allowed to participate in summer workouts or tryouts until all medical forms are submitted into Rank One, which includes physicals. The physical has to be completed on April 15th or later, but NOT earlier.

A: The UIL forms need to be turned in electronically through Rank One. The physical and medical history form needs to be printed out, completed, and the hard copy turned in to athletic trainers on the first day you participate in workouts or try outs.

A: The UIL forms need to be turned in electronically through Rank One. All enrolled Austin High students will show up in Rank One. If you are not there, please check with the enrollment office to make sure all forms are in. Bring the trainers your student ID number and they can add you.
